Chapter Service Opportunities

The following is a list of opportunities which chapters can volunteer for at the event. Please discuss with your group and select your 3 top choices. You will receive more detailed instructions with your confirmation packet.

Chapter Service Opportunities

Craft Table - bring craft items such as paper, ribbons, stickers, etc. and help to maintain its orderliness throughout the weekend. Tattoo Booth – Bring an assortment of temporary tattoos and set up a self-serve tattoo area for the dance. Clean up the tattoo area before vespers. Strike Crew - help with taking down equipment and loading regional vehicle on Sunday (will need to stay at least ½ hour past closing) Snacks – bring a snack for Saturday evening celebration. Snacks (other than fresh veggies) should be packaged, and must have a label that indicates all ingredients Gear Angels – Bring extra bedding and towels for those who might forget Games – Bring games, cards, etc. for youth to use during the Saturday evening celebration time.
